One of the reasons I decided to write this series
of books was to bring awareness and to educate people about health and nutrition. I have always been passionate about food, healthy cooking and natural medicine - and very curious about how to cure diseases using foods.
At the age of 10, I was told by my Doctor that I was borderline obese for my age and height. Like many families, we were super busy and often ate fast food for dinner.
