"3 months into my training and weight loss journey I was seeing results but my PT Justin Thomas suggested I see Ronaldo to get a body scan to see where I was at and have a chat to see what Ronaldo could offer in the way of a nutrition plan that would work best with my training program and goals.
Ronaldo was very helpful and very understanding of what I had in mind and what I wanted to achieve. With this Ronaldo designed a 12 week nutrition plan tailored to me which included fortnightly check-ins and body scans to track the results and adjust the plan if needed, also to make sure I was progressing and moving forward.
8 months on and continuous training with Justin, fortnightly check-ins with Ronaldo and a few minor tweaks to my nutrition plan I have lost close to 40kgs! Since working with Ronaldo he has been very supportive whether it has been interacting on social media or stopping to chat in the gym, he has always made an effort to make sure I am still motivated and happy with my nutrition and goals.
